AutomationCustomer messaging/2025

Verse

A business talking to thousands of customers on WhatsApp is running a contact centre. Most of them are running it off one phone.

The problem

WhatsApp is where your customer already is, and the channel you can least afford to run informally. Broadcasts go out from a personal handset. Leads land in a chat nobody owns.

What we did

  1. 01

Approved template campaigns to thousands of contacts, with the delivery state of every message visible.

  2. 02

Leads arrive on their own, from a spreadsheet, a Click-to-WhatsApp ad, or a form on your site.

  3. 03

One shared inbox, so a conversation belongs to the business and not to whoever answered it.

  4. 04

Three ways to reply on the same thread: a guided flow, an assistant trained on your documents, or a person.

Where it landed

One dashboard covers the whole route, from the click that started a conversation to the message that arrived. Nothing important lives on somebody's phone.
