A company builtaround a constraint.
An engineering company for the very common situation of knowing you need AI and having no idea where it goes.

Take something opaque, let the structure inside it become visible. The mark is the method.
We started in 2024 as a group of aspiring engineers, delivering custom solutions across industries and company sizes. The same conversation kept happening in all of them.
Nobody could say what they wanted built. They knew the work was heavy and that AI should help, and that was as far as it went. Working that out for them turned out to be the valuable part.
So we began bringing other engineers in alongside us, on purpose rather than by accident.
In 2026 we registered as a company, after two years of delivering custom solutions. We waited deliberately, because we wanted the experience behind us before anyone had to rely on us for it.
There is still no account layer between you and the people writing the code. That layer is where most software projects quietly die.
Six rules wedo not bend.
- 01
Diagnose before you build
Nothing gets built until we can say where it belongs and what it is worth. Three days of that beats six weeks building something nobody can defend.
- 02
Quality over quantity
We take on less than we could. One thing genuinely finished is worth more than several started, and it is the only way a date means anything.
- 03
Ship the smallest true thing
Fourteen days for a moderate build, a month or more for a hard one. The scope shrinks until the date is honest, and then the date does not move.
- 04
Evidence, not adjectives
We show you what changed and how we know: the step that no longer happens by hand, the report nobody assembles, the decision that lands earlier. Never an adjective.
- 05
One team, reachable
You talk to the people writing the code. No account layer, no ticket queue, nobody you have never met picking the work up halfway through.
- 06
Leave it readable
You own the source, the docs and the evaluations. Good handover means you could replace us and not notice for a month.
- 2024
Before the company
A handful of engineers delivering custom solutions wherever the work came from, across industries that had nothing else in common.
- 2024
The pattern repeats
Every client knew the work was heavy. None could say what to build. Answering that was worth more than the building.
- 2026
Registered
We made it a company once the experience was behind us. Late on purpose, and we would do it the same way again.
- Now
Selective, on purpose
We deliberately take on less than we could. It is the only honest way to promise a date, and the only way one thing gets finished.
If this sounds like your situation, send us a paragraph describing it. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right people for it.
