Atrium
The analyst's week is not analysis. It is assembling the report, chasing the attendee list, and writing up the call.

The problem
A deal team runs on five systems that each hold a fifth of the process: the data room, the relationship history, the calendar, the record of what was actually said. Every artefact is assembled by hand from all of them.
What we did
- 01
Data room reporting that reads the room and drafts the report, rather than starting from a blank template.
- 02
Leads and relationships wired to the CRM you already use, so the pipeline updates as a consequence of the work.
- 03
Meeting notes captured, summarised, and turned into the follow-up and its distribution.
- 04
One surface to schedule, produce and send, because a suite that needs four tabs has only moved the problem.
Where it landed
The assembly work goes and the judgement stays. DealCloud, Intralink, Granola, Otter and Outlook keep doing what they do; Atrium stops a person being the integration between them.
